I just installed +2+1 a-arms and I have the same propblem. If I turn the handle too far left or right the wheel hits the a-arm. If I adjust the toe-in all the way in where the tires look like a cross-eyed inbred..then they act right, but align them, and they hit a-arms and dart almost perpendicular to bike...WTF???

I had the very same issues with my +3+1 a-arms. I spent 3 days messing around till i fianally got them adjusted right to where they worked perfect. all i can say is take your time and good luck

I had sort of the same problem in that my problem was whenever I turned to the right the front right tire would almost go 90* from straight. Funny thing is it didn't seem to have a problem when turning to the left.

Tried to do the tie-rod adjustment but ended up with one wheel toed in farther than the other. Ended up going to a welder and having the frame stop built up and also the stem stops.

Didn't have to put much material on them to resolve the problem. Just do your fine adjustments with your tie-rods after your done with the stops.

Hope it helps.
