They are basically just going to remove some material from the base of the head. Make sure its good and clean and put a new head gasket on there and re-install on your bike. DO A COMPRESSION CHECK before you run your bike and make sure you don't need a higher octane fuel. If you are below 155psi you are safe with 93 or 91 pump gas. Anything higher than that you need to start mixing race gas. Make sure you use a NEW head gasket, don't reuse the old one.

Tell him to shave it 20 thousandths IMO. That'll put it close to 150 psi.
