28 pwk,s starting point

I have been using the trinty 2 into 1,and now i am going with the 28 pwk.s .What i was wanting to know is a close starting point on the needle clip position and main.I am 60 over 19cc domes passion port ,and t-5,s lightned flywheel.Elevation is 600ft .
