am about to replace my pistons do i have to re jet after am done ??

No, as long as your overbore isn't too big .010-.020 and the reason it burned down was not due to jetting

If it ran good and your spark plugs looked good I wouldn't mess with it. Just put it back together let it warm up and cool down a few times and run it, but I would check your plugs after you run it and make sure you're not lean

I could be wrong but if the cylinder walls looked good and weren't screwed up in any way you shouldn't HAVE to bore to the next size. If the walls were good they could hone them out just to make everything nice and smooth.
