sprocket combo & jetting

i'm runnig a 421 4mm stroker with 35 mm carbs i'm also running stock tire setup

for more mhp i'm running 16t front 40t rear and it runs outof gear real fast

any one know what gearing to use? also im at sea level what jetting sould i use

almost forgot all this with cpi infram thanks
