LeadBoots Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 the hose that comes from the back of the engine and the hose that comes from the front right of the engine what do they do. There is a Tee connection there but i dont have a hose on it . where does that hose goes. when i was riding yesterday after it ran for about 5 mins it would start shoot out oil from the tee. does that do that or what. i cant remember where the hose goes so some help would be great. thanks. racer Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 you need about a 3ft long long hose on that tee and it vents to the atomosphere. the oil was coming up there because of heat expansion, although that seems very high. check ur oil level and see if its high. Quote

Ben350 Posted June 11, 2006 Report Posted June 11, 2006 i would say either its overfilled or overheating. Make sure you check tranny fluid after running engine for 5 or more minutes. That 3 ft. hose runs with all the wires and other hoses up over the motor and then infront of the gas tank and makes a loop and then points down and goes through a holder welded on the frame Quote
