The Blaze Posted May 28, 2006 Report Posted May 28, 2006 how hard is it to remove the A-Arms to have them powder coated? the PC place an tape of the ends but isn't there some sort of roler bearing in there? also the ball joints may give me some troubles right? thanks Quote
Turbobanshee_kid Posted May 28, 2006 Report Posted May 28, 2006 I don't think you can powder coat the stock A-arm's the ball joints will come out!and that is not a good thing because you will have to buy new one's! you can spray paint them like i did. Quote

The balljoints will not come out and with powdercoating your have to bake the part in a oven and that ill melt the rubber boot and might mess up the bearing. But on aftermarket a-arms you can remove the balljoints and pc the arms. If your going to keep your stock arms paint them and then put some alot of clear coat over the paint to help it stay on longer. Quote
The Blaze Posted May 28, 2006 Author Report Posted May 28, 2006 ok thanks guys. i knew there would be some sort of problem becuase of the bearing. Quote
