racer Posted May 7, 2006 Report Posted May 7, 2006 i have a running weed-eater blower motor that i no longer replace, and am thinking of converting it into a blender. i know its been done before but im hoping someone here hasdont it personally so they can give me a few tips on how to mount the blender jar, what to avoid and what have you. pics? racer Posted May 8, 2006 Author Report Posted May 8, 2006 those two look a little too production for me. i wanna go for a machined/fabricated look. that tail gator has too much plastic. the motor i have will be perfect. i just need to find out what to do about connecting the output shaft to the blender blades. maybe mill a square adapter? or turn out some type of collar that clapms to the out put shaft and is splined onto the blender pitcher? i dunno.
