yamahabanshee1999 Posted May 5, 2006 Report Posted May 5, 2006 yea i flipped my quad and bent my subframe and my swing arm will wiggle from side to side and the little things on the frame that hold it in one of them has a small piece missing from it. are there bearrings inside of those where the swingarm first connects to the frame? also how do i get the swingarm off the only bolts i see are hard as hell to turn and wont budge do i need an air gun? trail rider Posted May 5, 2006 Report Posted May 5, 2006 If you cant get the long swing arm bolt out, the easiest and fastest way is to just take a sawsall with a metal blade and cut it out, but you have to get a new bolt. Quote

MILO Posted May 6, 2006 Report Posted May 6, 2006 yeah bud, get a big ass breaker bar, or if that's not enough get a longer pipe and slip over it for more leverage. the handle from my floor jack over a breaker has gotten many a bolt loosened up. air tools are a definite plus to have. it sure does make things much easier and quicker.
