Where to start?

Just need to know where to start yes I know about jetting ect ect. but I just done alot to my motor and have no idea where to start on jets. here the list and altitude. before the mods I was running 280 mains with stock pilots and the jetting was nailed so here ya go

 

Gorr port cylinders

nosshead 21cc domes

stock carbs

k&n no airbox lid

t3 head pipes

will be running ported reed cages (for a short time)

boyesen carbon fiber reeds

+ 4 timing

.40 over on the cylinders

 

Altitude is 700 above sea level and the temp has been ranging from 65 to 80 degres right now

please just try and put me in the neighborhood of where I should be thanks alot
