Which bolt goes where?

i didn't find the actual bolt sizes in the clymers, but my yammy shop manual does list the size and thread pitch, not the length of the bolt though. but that's easy enough to figure out. besides, lowe's has those handy thread/size gadgets to check it out anyway. i just picked up a connecting rod to swingarm bolt there today.
