Dale@AGP Posted April 21, 2006 Report Posted April 21, 2006 (edited) Round#2 of the Atlantic Grand Prix Series Scheduled for Saturday and Sunday April 29 and 30 is a GO! Minicycles, Motorcycles and PIT BIKE Races on Saturday April 29 Youth and Adult Quad Races on Sunday April 30. The Dunmore Grand Prix at North American Warhorse is GO! We have planned two days of some really exciting racing. The adult cross country course for both Quads and Bikes is between 8 and 10 miles in length. The trails are all NEW and are all MX quad wide. The terrain is a combination of 80% dirt and 20% rocks, again most of it is all new stuff. This event is going to be more cross country in nature than our Barnegat event back on April 2 so be prepaired. The start is on an asphalt parking lot right behind the largest Powersports shop east of the Mississippi and there Edited April 25, 2006 by Dale@AGP Quote

Meat Posted April 27, 2006 Report Posted April 27, 2006 anyone going ?? I'll be there Sunday. My cousin is racing and Im half tempted too. The track sounds real good. I like races that are longer, like the 8-9 mile ones. The fast guys have more room and lappers are spread out. Chris Borich should be racing it on Sunday. Folks who havent been to the racers should really check this shit out, its a good time. You could watch CB beat everyone there by 10 minutes. Quote
Meat Posted April 30, 2006 Report Posted April 30, 2006 Hey guys the race was great, my cousin won his class, Utility stock. Dale, everyone I talked to said the track was GREAT. Frankly I thought the start area seemed a little cramped, there was no long straightaway at the start, and that first right hand, off camber turn seemed dangerous, with the dust and everyone running full throttle, but damn when I started walking the course, it was really really really laid out nice. Im a guy who likes to see wider tracks, so keep wide and fast. And the track was so long that it kept the dust down and slower riders we'rent being pushed by the faster riders all the time. It was a damn near perfect track. Congradulations on a successful event, I plan on coming to all the Dunmore races, and I'll def be at the Irish Valley race, its only 5 miles away from my back yard Quote
