odaen Posted April 12, 2006 Report Posted April 12, 2006 some of them that are 1 piece have the crossover tube in the aluminum. pretty sure boss intakes are like that. I run UPP intakes on my bike with no crossover. not sure if I'm missing out on anything or not. Quote

Wallrat Posted April 12, 2006 Report Posted April 12, 2006 I ran no crossover till I switched to a single carb. Worked fine for me. Benefit is its one less place for an airleak to develop. Quote
