Not sure on the exact number, you will have an increase with aftermarket pistons. BUT..... do not bore the cylinders to get more power. Boring the cylinders is a repair, not a mod. you will gain some displacement, but also know that your stock cylinders can only be bored so much, use them wisely.

You could bore them to the max and might just barely feel a gain in power. Like bashdog said, don't do it. If you are talking for the quad in your sig, get some pipes and open the airbox a little. Jet it accordingly, and it will be a huge difference in power. But prepare for the disease, once you start, you can't stop.
