no i havent really messed with it i was told by the last owner that it was prob a regulator im not really shure plannin on goin thru it this weekend any way to test the regulator

I have the same issue... new RS high output stator, just went through all of the wiring, but no lights at all. I'm guessing regulator as well, but curious if there is a test procedure to determine if that is the faulty part?

prolly get a volt reg on e-bay for 5-10 bucks worth a shot, thats what i did and that was the problem, check the bulbs first then pull apart the wires and hook a meter to them and play with the switch they should show some resistance if not its the regulator key has to on but the bike need not be running

If the bulbs are blown, check the wire to your voltage regulator. Its a blue wire that plugs in to the silver box mounted by the CDI. When it comes unplugged, it fries your bulbs.
