blindrider_2001 Posted March 5, 2006 Report Posted March 5, 2006 I have an almost brand new banshee and there was a lot of oil coming from the pipes, so a guy on here told me to check the packing. I took off the muffler tip to see what the packing looked like, and there was nothing but some little strings left of it, I dont know if it comes like that stock(I have stock pipes, not aftermarket) or if it all bunred up or something? If you guys could post some pictures of your STOCK exhaust packing, that would be great. Just take the 3 bolts off the tip and pull the tip out, see whats there, take a picture and post it on here for me, that would be awesome. I think its time for new packing, unless its supposed to be like that. Quote
