Hey guys. My friend has a 2001 banshee that he is fixing/decking out. He is going to get his head plained, cylinder bored .030 over, and he also is putting on fmf fatty pipes with turbine core 2 silencers. On top of that he has vforce reeds.

Any ideas as where we should start with the jetting? Pilot & main.

Thanks for any info!

I concur :D What jets is he currently running?

Any Port work?

Stock Carbs?

What kind of air filtration is he running? Stock / K&N with airbox and lid / K&N with airbox and no lid / K&N clamp ons, etc.

That info would help out a lot

Also, what elevation?

If you have a K&N filter clamp on flange adapter set up, and you should if you dont have filters that clamp directly to your carbs, with no lid on the air box. I'd suggest bout some 320 mains, clip in middle position, stock pilots and adjust your air screws, bout 1 to 1.5 turns out. This should be a good starting point, provided you have STOCK PORTING and STOCK CARBURETORS. Also pending your temperature outside and elevation.
