RUREADY Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 I have a 2001 shee, I was wondering if any banshees newer than mine came with brake lights? or is there a way for me to put one on? the reason I ask is cause all of my buddies and I ride alot of logging roads, and it is just nice to know when people are on the binders. the raptors have them I knoe that. but I want one too. thanks Quote

And just put a pressure switch inline somewhere on your rear brake line. Haven't done it, but that is how it is set up on my harley. Could just copy that idea. Quote

Wallrat Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 It became available in 03 or 04 if I remember right. Check ebay for a rear brake assembly and look for a bunch of wires hanging off it. Quote
Speedie Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 My 02 has what looks like was left of one. It has a switch hooked to the foot brake. You could just do what they taught us in the old days. When you hit your brake stick your elbow straight out and put your upper arm down. Quote
