I made him a proposition.I will send back the frame to him and he can keep 40.00 for his time and materials prepping the frame for shipment.This would mean i would have a check coming from him in the amount of 260.00.This is a very simple resolution.He keeps his frame and I keep my money.Just reversing the process. He shows up on the HQ for only a few minutes at a time,now.A little guilty ,son??? Quote
