antmortem Posted January 25, 2006 Report Posted January 25, 2006 Well if you are sure it is not a scam it is all a question of morals. If you got a good deal on it and are selling it for market price then that would be fine. If he is clearing paying more for it than others in the area of same quality; Would you be ripping him off? Many will say sell it for what he is willing to pay. Do you think he is truely uneducated about market prices for banshee's, if he has been looking at others it unlikely. Do you really need the input of others to make this decision? $5,600 for an 03 Quote
04ShEeLE Posted January 25, 2006 Report Posted January 25, 2006 SELL IT! I see no problem with it at all. What's to say that you didn't get a good deal that he probably would not be able to get too. In America we like Capitalism! Quote
Mullet Man Posted January 25, 2006 Report Posted January 25, 2006 i would say, if you are going to see the guy after the sale then sell it too him for what you payed for it or slightly over. if not, and he wants too pay a premium then go for it. "one mans garbage is another mans treasure" Quote
RIPPEN Posted January 25, 2006 Report Posted January 25, 2006 I dont see a problem with makin a little money... When I was lookin for a bike I held out and payed a little more than it was probably worth. But overall it was a better deal than the others I had seen just because it was in good shape. So if your able to sell it for a few bucks more than you payed, then I would say good for you in taking care of the bike and being able to reward off that. RIPPEN Quote
