fastfatty Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 sorry for my ignorance but i'm not fully understanding all this,i have a gorr woods port and he also milled the bottom of the cylinders to change port timing, this was done before i got the bike.if i add a +4 or so timing plate are they going to off set each other or is it something totally different. if i can add the plate how much does it add,i have the porting, gnarly's,noss head #170lb comp, thanks for the help Quote
rocketboy Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 i think your confusing your ignition timing with your cylinders port timing ,2 very different things .go ahead and run +4 ignition timing advance ,also i would find a builder that knows strokers well before id use any gorr clean up/woods port i n it .
