just wondering if any1 has the tool to adjust your front suspension. I would like to see a picture of what it looks like so I can go get one at a dealer. Does it really make a different when you adjust your front suspension anyways, or is it just a waste to buy the tool? thanks in advance.

When I had my Z400 it came with one, it looks like a wrench actually. But a pair of Vice grips will work the same way, just rotate the adjuster at the top or bottom, not sure which one, its been so long since I have adjusted.

here is mine!! It's out of my snowmobile tool kit. It will pretty much fit any shocks.

Hope it helps.

Realistically though you only need to adjust your preload once. Unless you gain or lose a bunch of weight anyway. You can spend about an hour setting up your preload and then tighten up that upper nut and forget about it. Using a screwdriver/channel locks/etc. would be hard on a shock if you were using em regularly, but a few times in the life of the shock?
