go to the post office and turn his ass in. Once he gets a note in the mail from the Federal Post office stating the terms of fraud and incarceration he will gladly come off of the goods or give you your cash back.

Man i had something like this happen to me once..Only difference was it was a buisness who ported my old blaster motor..I did alot of stuff and eventually got my motor back..The best thing you can do is go to your local sherriff's office and file a police report..From there they will fax it to that kids town and the ball will start rolling..The police will go over and find out whats going on..Especially if he is a 17 year old kid they will have to talk to his parents!..The best thing to do is, Copy/paste every pm/thread you have with the guy making the deal, and take it to the police station when you go..Anyways hope all works out well for you..I know how bad it sucks when something like this happens..Just keep in mind that karma is a bitch, and people who do shit like this end up paying 10 fold in the end..

 

Edit: in the future if you end up having to send out a money order through the mail throw in a couple extra bucks for the delivery confirmation..It saves alot of hastle! Especially if you can show proof that the kid signed for it, and he can't show proof he ever shipped your shit..Mail fraud is some serious shit and the USPS will layeth the smack down!
