scooter Posted January 2, 2006 Report Posted January 2, 2006 i have a 05 banshee with maybe 10 hrs on it . it makes a metal kind of klank sound when you move it side to side like grabbing on the grab bar and pushing never noticed it before. checked everything lug nuts axle nuts rotor chain tension everything seams fine. went riding rode fine cant seam to hear it while riding . cleaned it up then heard it again when putting it in the garage is this a normal sound or did i mis something id like to fix it before i screw something up or just not worry if its normal thanks for any help Quote

scooter Posted January 3, 2006 Author Report Posted January 3, 2006 thanks for the help guys. i found the klank its coming from the right side axle when i put it up on jack stands i found it right away it moves a tiny bit side too side like maybe a 32/ of a inch when you grab the wheels and move them hubs are fine checked them too . so i tightened the axle nuts they wernt realy loose but i did any way and it made no difference is there supposed to be some play or not? am iworried about nothing its just i never noticed it before and the bike has very low hrs Quote
