I've run the single carb with my stroker and I have no complants. I'm sure I could gain a couple hp on top with duals but I already have the single carb also and it is way easy to tune and what not so I didn't want to get rid of it. If you think you are gonna have no power with the single carb then you're wrong. I had plenty of power everywhere. Hauled pretty good ass if I do say so myself. But that's just me. Other people are gonna say that dual carbs is the way to go and yes that's true for all out hp but the single carb still works very well for me.

I totally agree with jeepman. I had dual 35's on my +4 and I just switched it back to the single setup I ran prior to putting in the stroker. Just tested it all out this weekend for the first time and it was great. Way too much power still so I need to look into a longer swingarm but that was gonna happen no matter what. Yeah I lost some on top, but I can't keep the front end down anyway so did I really need that extra power?

The only caution I might offer is that the Passion 12 port is a pretty aggressive port job that alot of people have had a real hard time jetting. I'm sure you could run a single but its literally gonna come down to trying different needles to get rid of all the flat spots. I dunno what jeepman is running but I've just got a mild dune port done by Custom Creations and it ran very strong and was easy to jet.
