18x11x10 fast trekkers for 20's

I have 18x11x10 fast trekkers mounted on red lable rims "i think" look for either the same but in a 20'' or other brand, just need a bigger size tire, thanks.

BTW the tires have been used 2 times i was told, i have not used them yet i bought them used still like 95% tread.
