I got a banshee a couple of weeks ago but I am repairing my brothers 99 blaster with a 240 vito's big bore kit for a christmas present. It got stolen about a year ago and we haven't put the motor together yet. the kid who stole it ran it out of injection oil and the Blaster went Boom!! so anyway. does anyone know what the torque specs are on the cylinder and head. If not does anyone know where I can find that info online. I'd buy a clymer's book but it's sunday and no one is open right now. Thanks....Mike

With a torque wrench and socket you're right.... but with a torque wrench and a crows-foot socket which can be used for brake lines too, it was no problem besides taking the crows-foot off and on because it's shaped like a brake line wrench. also I had to take the right side cover off to put the oil injection block-off in so it made it easier to get that one nut on the front right side tightened.well, already ordered some new reeds and extras. just need to get some new tranny fluid and a new headlight cause the jerk of kid who stole it broke the headlight too...among other things... Just one question how the hell do you brake the headlight.?anyways I Can't wait to give it to my bro for christmas.
