Hi everyone I'm still kinda new here been readin through alot of posts. I bought a like new 2001 Banshee less than 10 ride hours from a guy I work with. It has T-5's, K&N Filter, Re-Jetted for where I live. The only thing is How do I transfer the title to my name. if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank You All

By the way he lives in Arizona I live in California.

Is the title signed on the back by him ? Is it Notarized? If not you can do one of two things. Either contact him, send the title to him and have him sign it and have the notary. Easier way that I have done is get a power of attorney form from the DMV send it to him to sign and have notarized. When he signs that he is basically signing the quad to you. You will take that in , with the title , pay the title transfer fee and get the new one in your name.

take the signed title and the bike to dmv. Get the Vin verifired than just get it transfered like you would a car. Probly don't need it notarized like they do in AZ. The dmv here isn't that anal.
