The bolts and nuts were rusted together so they got cut off with the 3" wheel. I have no idea what size is needed either. I washed them, sand blasted them, and washed them again. Very few dings, a couple of scrapes, but otherwise look pretty good. $30 shipped. USPS money order preferred. Pay Pal makes enough fuckin money. Quote
