Wallrat Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 Use a measuring tape rather than just eyeballing it. You want a little bit of toe-in for stability. Most likely you're either toed out or your wheels are straight which causes high speed instability. I'm really not sure how much toe-in you need, so try an inch narrower at the front of the tire vs. the rear and see if that does it. If not try a little more until its stable. Quote
dawarriorman Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 10 mm, or a little less than half an inch of toe-in. Quote
tats4life Posted November 14, 2005 Report Posted November 14, 2005 if it gets squirley at top end...u don't have enough toe in.....i set my mx bike up at 5/8 in toe in on the front with the suspesion fully extended...i.e. 5th and 6th gear straights Quote
Meat Posted November 16, 2005 Report Posted November 16, 2005 are your arms caster adjustable ? Quote
