We had a good turn out with 30 riders for our first go I didnt think it was too bad. The lights worked real good and the weather was perfect.

 

Results went like this:

 

2-Stroke Water

1st. -- Jeff Yates (HQ name = BudlightBanshee)

2nd. -- Chris Myers (HQ name = 03portedshee)

3rd. -- Kelly Kudrick (HQ name = 02blueshee)

 

Outlaw

1st. -- Matt Bateson

4-Stroke 401 and up

We would really like to have another one this year but I seriously doubt that the weather will cooperate like it did this weekend. But I think by spring this will be a sand track.

Hi Andy

 

Just wanted to let you know I thought you did a great job of putting on the drags. Everything seemed to be well ran, the track seemed to be in good shape and it looked like everyone was have fun. I drove down from Ottawa, Ks to check out the track and how things were ran. Strokrbanshee1 was tied up with something else or he would of came too, maybe next time we can get some of the guys from up here to come down. If you go with sand i think you can get more people to show up, just my option. It would be nice to see win ligts to, your start light was great. Just want to say GREAT JOB

Thanks for the comments well try for our next race to get the win light and maybe a little better organization but I think we did pretty well for our first race.

No prob thanks for the compliments everybody. With this type of weather its real hard to not plan another race soon but I know as soon as we do it will get cold as hell. Ill try and call the guy running the camera as soon as possible to get some of the videos posted.

Man sounds like your tranny problem was just a good excuse to buy some stuff lol. Did you get some different cylinders or just get yours re-ported?

I would love to come up but I already had plans, thats a pretty good drive for us anyways were like 3 - 3-1/2 hours from KC
