i know this is a banshee website but i am sure there is someone on here who can help me. i am rebuilding a blaster for a guy that has been sitting in the barn for 5 years. anyway it needs new jets where is a starting point for a blaster that is bored 40 over with an fmf gnarly pipe and silencer with the airbox lid off. both pilot and main would be appriciative.

thanks

Well I don't have a clue where to start, but if I was you, I'd see what stock is and go up 8 sizes, run it and do a plug test and go from there...

On our Blaster we have the Toomey pipe kit with stock pilot which is a 32.5, 310 main, needle on the 3rd groove down from the top and no lid on the box.

220 stock main? Not sure though. As far as a 270, I couldnt tell ya. I think Toomey likes a bigger main than most FMF's, Pro Circuits and the like. I would start at 310 and work you way down.

its gonna vary for yo udepending on a few things i agree on the 32.5 pilot and 260-280 should be damn close for just those mods listed ,anything over 300 is too big im sure
