kotin6 Posted September 27, 2005 Report Posted September 27, 2005 I got everything on but the plastics and it will idel all day long and run good at high rev but it seems sluggish on take off and when it is ideling and i give it a very slight amount of gass it kind of spitts out of the right pipe. Is this going to be normal for a bit untill i break it in good or should I do something. I rejetted to 350, it wouldnt even start on 330. I think the jetting is about right. Quote

I'm sure its lower than it is around here.... At near sea level my bike takes 410 mains. Where I'm at now (4800 feet) it runs on 320's, and I think he actually has more done to his bike than mine.... But back to the question at hand, did you bump your pilots up at all? You might need a bigger pilot. When I had a problem after I had a few mods done and bought pipes, it would start, and would rev like a motherflower, but just off of idle it would die, and to about 1/4 idle it wouldn't do shit. Threw a one size bigger pilot in it and never looked back. Quote
