A good friend of mine just bought a pair of '05 raptors as the local dealership was blowing them out to make room for the new 700. He is wanting to do the usual intake & exhaust & jetting improvements, so I'm looking for experience, advise, tips, information, and opinions concerning all of the above. Thanks in advance. 97banshee350 Posted August 17, 2005 Report Share Posted August 17, 2005 im at 1000 feet above sea level, i only have pipe and jetting done to my 01 raptor...i have a DG exellerator and i love it but i would look into big gun or white brothers exhust, it was running like crap so i ran 155/160 for mains, 25 for pilot, and moved the needle clip to the 4th notch from the top, and i moves the fuel/air screw 3 1/2 out and it seems to run a lot better. hope that helps i mean im at 100 feet i donno if it would be the same where you live.
