lighting question

ok it apears that my light wires have been cut but i have found 1 green white and i think a yellow wire... maybe its black.... now can i cut and splice both lights to the 1 wire... and run it safly... or can i only splice the 1 light wire to the 1 wire.... im not sure if 2 lights would be too much for the one wire thats why im asking... well let me know guy thanks

sounds risky, I wouldn't try it, I don't think the wire is a big enough gauge, you could screw some sh*t up......melt wires

only one green wire comes off the switch. I just went to the garage to look at mine, the green wire from the switch goes to the right head light, from there it goes to the left head light. so yes you can wire both lights to one wire, green or yellow. the wires should be between the radiator and gas tank.
