ok it was running fine but then i got a flat tire, so i let it sit for like 2 weeks while i was waiting for the tire, then i got the tire back on, and it makes a knocking sound from the right cylinder, and i have to like rev it soooo high just to get going and it has NO power what so ever...a friend said blown piston, other friends said rings, i thought it was the mixure, so i ran the gas out and mixed it again, same thing, then i got new plugs..same thing.....WHAT IS GOING ON? :( if anyone has any idea what is wrong or had the same problem, or knows ANYTHING, just let me know, thanks...ryan

You need to do a compression check, you may be in need of a set of pistons and rings. Possbily a rebore. Get some compression numbers from each cylinder and get back with us.

where can i get a compression check??

You mean where do you check the compression, or where do you take it to get it checked?

2nd one's easy. ... A dealer or garage.

Where/ how to check compression:

1/ Buy or borrow a decent quality compression tester.

2/ Remove your spark plugs.

3/ Thread the screw in adaptor that matches your spark plug threads, (in diameter and length), into one of the plug holes.

4/ Have the bike switched off, or kill switch set at no run. ... Saves damaging cdi.

5/ Switch the fuel off.

6/ Hold the throttle fully open. (Allows air into the cylinder).

7/ Kick the bike over FAST until the reading on the guage stops increasing.

8/ Release the pressure (guage goes back to zero) and do the same for the other side.

Job done. :D ... Perform the above test with the motor COLD.

Rare.
