bansheefreestyler Posted July 10, 2005 Report Posted July 10, 2005 well i forgot to ask this a while ago so i figured i would now. well when riding a couple of times my shee has started to leak gas real bad out of the carb overflow lines. usually happens after some jumping and hard riding. i have to run it with the fuel turned off and rev it a couple of times before it will stop. whats up with this? if i give my carb and bowl a good cleaning will this maybe fix it? ok and one more question is when i do bicycles it leaks gas too. but when i do them on my arctic cat it doesnt. they both have carbs so why does my shee leak and my arctic cat doesnt? thanks BFS Quote

scottt89 Posted July 10, 2005 Report Posted July 10, 2005 I had this the first day I bough the banshee. I think some of it has to do w/ the oil and the type of riding. Sometimes the carb just gets backed up and you need to run the hell out of it to get the fuel flowing well. Always seemed to work for me. Running heavy on the oil could also hurt you here. Quote
