dirttrack25 Posted June 24, 2005 Report Posted June 24, 2005 Alright only motor mods ive got are T-5's and the 2:1, its a trinity with a 34mm pj carb and open K&N. The bike feels close but not right....Right off start it revs real high for bout 45 secs or so then slowly comes down which makes me think its lean, but then if i let it sit and idle after its warm it starts to load up...also a lil sluggish on the bottom....midrange pulls pretty good and feels alright but then at WOT it feels flat like its lean. Pilot is a 58 now, needle in the 3rd clip, and the main is a 165...I think the airscrew is about 2.5 turns out....any help appreciated..thanks Quote

wesw Posted June 25, 2005 Report Posted June 25, 2005 i dont know how a 2-1 intake compared to dual carbs i guess one carb is enough or you have to run it somewhat rich for both cylinders?? 55-60 pilot should be close you need to see what needle it is. 3 letters on it at 900 ft im runninga 140 main with duals so i dont know how it relates to your setup Quote
pimpeinkc Posted June 25, 2005 Report Posted June 25, 2005 i got the 2 into 1 set up with the 35, i run with a 48 pilot and a 195 main. needle on the 3rd clip. just got it so i am still debugging also.but it is starting to feel better. jacked it up to a 52 pilot cause it would not idle. and i think i fould a plug. hope this helps.
