I did a search but could not find anything on woods riding.Which Air Filter do you think would be best for woods riding? (Mud,water, and dusty trails around here.)

If I were you I would probably go with somekind of foam filter like a uni or no toil.

Try to stay away from the K&N pod filters whatever you do, I wish I would have just had a K&N filter inside the airbox.Cause if the pods get wet its not good.

Yeah I want to keep my stock air box. Will the K&N fit right in the stock air box or will I have to buy something to keep it in place?

Go with a pro-design billet air box adapter (allows you to run a clamp-on filter) and slap a pro-flow foam filter on it. www.rockymountainatv.com is the place you need to go.... follow the links from there.
