I got a 98 Banshee with just fmf gnarly pipes with fmf silencers and 20x10x9 tires. Do you think it will be able to pull a 16 tooth front sprocket? I have 15x41 gearing now and it seems to pull that alright. Im trying to get the most topend I can without it bogging.
33-12.5-15 Goodyear MT/R's on 90 F-150 and 285-75-16 MT/R's on my 98 F-150 MT/R's are Great Tires Never been stuck since I'v hade them, good wear if you rotate too.
I was wondering because I did a WOT test in 6th gear and the plugs looked to be lean but it runs good.So I put the snorkel back on and was going to try a wot test again but it seemed like it was rich as hell I couldnt even get going that fast it was loading up and smoking alittle. than I took the snorkel back off and it runs good.So I dont know if it could be lean or not. I'm running 260 mains at 1400 above sea level with just fmf golds.
I jetted my banshee with 260 mains stock pilots and moved the needle clip. Its got alittle stumble on take off but not really that bad and it seems to pull good but seems like its running hot could it be running lean yet? It also takes a few more kicks to start now. All I put on were my FMF Gnarlies and silencers and removed the snorkel.
I'm new to jetting I was hoping someone could help get me close on my jetting. I got a stock 98 banshee and putting on FMF Gnarlies and a K&N air filter. My elev. is 1400 above sea level and temp. is about 75. also how much of a change in temp before I should change my jetting again? thanks for any help.
I did a search but could not find anything on woods riding.Which Air Filter do you think would be best for woods riding? (Mud,water, and dusty trails around here.)
