quadfever54 Posted June 4, 2005 Report Posted June 4, 2005 i want to swap cdi and stator with my sons banshee but my plugs don't match up. What is the best way to switch th e plugs. I was going to just cut the wires about 3 inches above the plugs and solder them bach together and use heat shrink over the splices. Any better ideas out there??? Got to get my no spark problem figured out this weekend, driving me crazy!!!! Quote
boonman Posted June 5, 2005 Report Posted June 5, 2005 Sounds fine. Using shirink wrap and soldering them is the best way to permanantly make the connection. Now, did you do any work toe the bike recently, and upon re-assembly it didn't have spark? This happens quite frequently... Quote
