Are these pipes too lout for silver lake?

I am looking for some high end drag pipes but still want to be able to run at Silver Lake. They have a sound limit of 94dB but they usually have a window of 4dB so figure around 100. Do you think that these will pass. I dont think they will but just asking. Are there any out of frame pipes that are not so stinkin loud.

put some sparkys on them and trough some steal whool under them when you get in take the sparkys off and the steal whool and have a blast, this is what I do, when the park rangers come around just ride off, circle around and go back to what you where doing, I have never had a problem with this

damn rescue rangers anyways....if the old people would just wear ear plugs we would all be fine haulling ass up test hill!!!!....heading there this weekend with my shee...see ya guys there!!
