polaris predator rear hub/ 250R throttle cable

I bought this friggin thing because I was told it would fit a banshee axle and is the same size as the old pattern. Well it's the same bolt pattern but the splines are wrong.

I'll take $15 for the hub and $20 for the cable plus shipping.

is that hub AL or steel ?
