Please look carefully at the "Policies, Rules and Legal Mumbo" before entering into this agreement.

Pay particular attention to the wording of the payment clause. It sounds to me like your paycheck resets every month. You need to earn $50 in the previous month to get paid. This is virtually impossible (you'll need two other people willing to work for free) under the terms described and if you do it is less than the Federal minimum wage for one person let alone two or more.

Keep in mind they determine what qualifies as a "unique search" for payment and they in their sole discretion can change the minimum internal between searches. At 15 second intervals it will take three people ten minutes every day of the previous month to earn the $50. That's $1.60 per hour for each of you.

Also of interest is the last paragraph where they tell you to just delete all the junk mail they are going to send you. This clause seems to be in conflict with the Federal "Can SPAM" act of 2004 unless you can "opt out" from future messages.
