sheefreak Posted April 14, 2005 Report Posted April 14, 2005 Unfortunately that oil seal has a rib that goes around it and to do it correctly it is necessary to split the cases. I have heard of people forcing it in before, but how long till you have to do it again, dunno. Quote
nico450 Posted April 15, 2005 Author Report Posted April 15, 2005 has any one here forced the seal in ? or maybe trying a diferent seal that doesnt have the rib ? ive been thinking that maybe a seal with out the rib could be hold in place because the seal goes first then the two gears locked with the crankshaft nut?
