First off, college is cool. Now for the letter:

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Barry McCockiner. I am a 31 year-old single man. I've have an Associates of Arts Degree from the Wyoming Technical Institute and Ford factory diagnostic training on the Rotunda diagnostic station.

It has been tough around without a Parts Manager. Our last Manager left to make more money at the local transvestite strip club. It seems that every day I have to stop what I'm doing to order parts. The effects of this is that many customers are not willing to wait the extra four hours that are added to the expected finish time on appointments. Consequently we are losing more customers than ever.

It is fortuitus that I am paid hourly instead of flat rate, but I still waste alot of time waiting on the parts to arrive, so I've made friends with Larry, the Service Writer. When customers call with problems I forecast what parts I might need, and get them on order before the customer gets here. It's expensive because sometimes I don't need the parts and we cannott send them back, but until we get a parts manager I don't know what else to do.

Thank you four your time. I sincerely hope that this issue gets resolved soon.

(I sort of cherry picked though one of these other posts...........oooops)
