superdave Posted March 22, 2005 Report Posted March 22, 2005 Hey fellow HQ members.....good news from the BLM here in Colorado... there is a new mandate from the top down that all ATV's and motorcycles that are used on public (BLM) land with have to have a US forest approved spark arrester. Now does that sound like fun. I have heard that they are going to give a couple of months of free passes, but then start handing out tickets...This is about all 2-stroke aftermarker silencers as well as 4-stroke. I am now glad that I bought the toomeys and also the hush kit with the spark arrester....Just an FYI. Maybe other states are doing it I do not know, but Colorado is...D Quote
