jmoore Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 Guys, do you think it would be ok to advance my timing a little on my (for now) stock shee? I was thinking on buying a RS adj plate.. thanks for any input Quote
banshdog Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 I say go for it, you wont have any problems. Also, have your flywheel lightened while it is off. Quote
sheecandy Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 yeah i would get the plate go with +4 on the timing the extra timing will compliment any future mods Quote
richybanshee Posted March 14, 2005 Report Posted March 14, 2005 Go for it, midrange hit will be greater. Stick to +3 or +4 degrees with 93 octane fuel. Quote

I just advanced mine +4, and had the flywheel lightened. I rode up my street and back, I could defintely notice a difference in the crisp throttle response. I cant wait to go to the dunes this wednesday!!! I cant believe I didnt do these mods sooner. Quote
