sp1tekiller Posted February 12, 2005 Report Posted February 12, 2005 I have an '03 Banshee. I cant get it to stay running at all. It' takes forever to fire (10-20 kicks) and when it does i will run fine for 2-3 sec then die. Another 10-20 kicks and it will do the same. It is stock and my plugs are a golden brown colour. I don't know what to do. It is cold out though so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. (8 degrees celcius). Quote
sp1tekiller Posted February 13, 2005 Author Report Posted February 13, 2005 I just went out and tried again. The bike seems to be running on only the right cylinder. The Air filter is clean. Any suggestions? Quote
sp1tekiller Posted February 13, 2005 Author Report Posted February 13, 2005 Well, I pulled the plugs again and they were dark brown to black. They were also very wet. I used my thumb to see how much compression it's got and it almost blew my thumb to pieces. I put the plugs back in and it started up great and ran great for about 5 seconds then died. Now it's back to doing the same thing. I think it must be the cold. I'm just going to leave it till the warm weather comes now. Quote
