I am at sea-level, have t-5's w/clamp on k&n filters, I run 280 main jets w/27.5 pilots, 50:1 redline oil and pump gas.....15:41 gearing my question is should I need a jetting change? and also is pump gas enough, I am milling .030" off the head, advance 4-7 degrees (not sure yet, got a plate that's adjustable) and lightening the flywheel all at once...seems to all be popular mods, anyone have experience with needing jetting/fuel changes with this mod? thanks any help is always appreciated....

You will want to do a plug chop at wot after your mods are done to make sure shee is dialed in just right.

id run premium pump gas every fill up on it,also you would technically require a slight richer jetting for new advanced spark and faster revs need more fuel (flywheeel) it shouyldnt be very much of a jetting change though! these mods will be the best money you ever spent very noticable gains!!!!!!!!!!!

Try 300 and 310 mains. Adding compression and advancing the timming makes the shee run hotter. I do not think you will need race gas. To get the stock head to pass the 155 psi static compression limit you need to mess with the domes. If I'm not mistaken the Trinity site has a little info on that, check the FAQ.

I think you are running lean with 280 mains and clamp ons.

I run 280 mains, stock air filter no airbox lid and stock pipes. Did run with 300 mains and also worked without bugging.
